“I have had dreams and I have had nightmares. I overcame the nightmares because of my dreams.”

Jonas Salk

Hello people and my dear readers and followers!!!I am really sorry from the bottom of my heart that I have not been writing continuously as I should be. The truth is that I am literally either juggling or am just procrastinating it like a lazy bum. So today I had some free time in my hand and did not feel lazy at all thus deciding it to dedicate it to my blog. After all it is the love which you readers shower me with your hits that keeps me going and motivated to write.

Thus continuing with my trend of finding out new things I bring to you a web series from the TV channel Bindass. Yes the same where you guys might have watched the show named Emotional Atyachaar. When I was in my teens the channel had launched itself and was a huge craze those times.

Now enough of my blabber and coming straight to the point . The web series revolves around a girl named Meera. She is a small town girl and a fauji kid at heart. She aspires to be a big name in the world of fashion. So she travels from Dehra Dun to Mumbai(the city of dreams). She comes to stay with her friend Samira. She finds new friends like Karthik who becomes her go to buddy and Kiran who is the co- owner of House of Areem.

She starts as an intern at the House of Areem where the owner of the company finds her a huge pain in butt(remember how Andrea Sachs was to Miranda Priestly in The Devil Wears Prada. ) But eventually she is forced to adjust because of her brother and co- owner in the company Kiran who also falls in love with her.

So is Meera able to make it big in the name of fashion designing or does she give up on her dreams? Watch the series to find out.

Meera is portrayed by Mithila Palkar who is bubbly in the first season but tends to be loud and moody in the upcoming seasons. Rajat Barmecha is a perfect fit for the character of Karthik as he adds an element of fun and romance in the scenes. Even Karanvir Sharma’s portrayal as Kiran Bhatija is a breeze to watch for though his role is a short one. Also, Ajay Trehan as Papa Rambo is fun to watch because though a strict father but he loves his daughter to the moon .

You will enjoy the series as the story is engaging and keeps its pace . The story is a nice take on the portrayal of the struggles one faces while pursuing his /her passion. Also it has romance, friendship, heartbreak , rivalry and some manipulations which doesn’t let the story lose grip. So a big thumbs up from me. Hope you guys enjoy watching it the same way as I enjoyed it. Do tell me about your experiences in the comments section below.
