Well sometimes it just requires a lot of efforts to motivate yourself , pick up the pen in this case the keyboard and start typing out a blog post. I literally admire the habit of those people who have the habit of updating their blogs at regular intervals of time. I am trying to be as regular as I can be, but sometimes I just need to push myself hard to reach that. If you have any suggestions as regards to how I can maintain my consistency, do feel free to comment in the comments section below. Valuable feedback is always welcome .

Presenting to you another web series from the Dice Media. Yes the very same which gave us Adulting. This web series is called What the folks. Actually this web series was viewed by me a long time back. But now is the time I am finally getting the time to express my views on this one. This was the very first web series I had caught up with of the company.

So what is the web series all about? It explores the modern Indian family from the perspective of two well -settled individuals who are newly married after being in a live- in relationship namely Anita and Nikhil. Anita works in a bank while Nikhil works in a food startup. Both are equally passionate about their careers and tend to be the perfect couple. Enter their families who are trying to adjust to their ways but still being a bit conservative at some matters. In the first season we see how Nikhil tries to adjust with his in laws, while in the second season Anita tries to adjust with her in laws. And in the last season they as a couple try to bring both the families understand their perspective. So do they succeed? Or do they face roadblocks in the way which disturbs their so called perfect image of marriage? Do watch the web series to find it out.

Now coming to the analysis part . The web series is an interesting take on the modern Indian family scenario. Believe me I enjoyed watching it. I do hope even you do love it the same way as I did. The acting by all the actors is fantastic. I especially loved the veterans Renuka Shahane, Deepika Amin , Shishir Sharma and Vipin Sharma( he was missed a lot in the subsequent seasons though). Even Veer Rajwant Singh and Eisha Chopra do a fine job in playing the lead roles. So yes this one will bring tears of happiness, joy and sadness but just in the right amounts. So do tell me about your experiences in the comments section. Waiting for your lovely comments and feedback in the comments section.
